At Lingerie Living, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and tags remain attached.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all hygiene seals and tags intact for a full refund.

  Request a Label

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to generate a prepaid shipping label and select your return reason.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and affix the printed return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
